The Armada is free
No ticket is needed for the Armada de Rouen 2027 (17–27 June). Access to the Seine quays is free, and so is visiting most of the tall ships moored in Rouen. The nightly fireworks and drone show are also free to watch from the quays.
What does cost money
Optional paid experiences: Seine cruises along the ships, dinner cruises during the fireworks, guided tours, and some grandstand or private-terrace offers sold by third parties. Book these early — they sell out.
