The Armada de Rouen 2027 has a familiar Normandy face at its side: bestselling novelist Michel Bussi — born in the region and known worldwide for his thrillers — is the godfather (parrain) of the 9th edition. It's a natural fit for a festival that is, at heart, a celebration of Normandy and the sea.
The Armada runs from 17 to 27 June 2027 on the Seine quays in Rouen, with free access.
