Confirmed for 2027 · Norway

Statsraad Lehmkuhl

1914 · three-masted barque — one of the first ships confirmed for the Armada de Rouen 2027.

About the ship

A majestic Norwegian sail-training ship launched in 1914, the Statsraad Lehmkuhl is widely considered one of the most beautiful tall ships in the world. Crewed by cadets, she has circled the globe and is a highlight of any Armada line-up.

What to look for

The classic white-and-black hull, a forest of rigging, and her young international crew at work aloft.

See her at the Armada 2027

Like the rest of the fleet, Statsraad Lehmkuhl will be moored along the Rouen quays from 17–27 June 2027, and boarding is free. Go early in the day to climb aboard before the queues build — the most famous ships draw crowds by mid-morning. See the full fleet and the programme.

Boarding times & sailings: the official schedule (and any day-sail or cruise options) is released closer to the event. Join the list and we'll send it as soon as it's out. Prefer to sail rather than just visit? See our experiences and Seine cruises.
